Outdoor patio area with rattan sofa and armchairs, grill offer an additional comfort for incredible vacation! it has everything for your nice and comfy stay close to Key West! Coast down the magnificent Keys Highway to mile Maker 30 where you find a little piece of paradise called Breezy Pine RV estates. Tiny house 400 sq ft, features kitchen/dinning/living area, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Allows up to 4 people, there is free parking on premises for one car. This is a tiny house is jut by the pool, features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, generous living and dinning area. The first bedroom has a day bed with double twin sleeping spaces. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a small working space. The kitchen is well equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffer maker, kattle, inbuilt cooktop with 2 burners, kitchenware, cups and glasses, pots, and dishes. We also provide coffee and tea, sweetener and sugar! Smoking is allowed but outside only! An outside patio area is equipped with the 4 seating sofas, coffee table and grill! Pool access is available to all guests. You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, patio area in front of the house, pool, just 10 ft from the house, laundry facility on premises, and free parking, paid parking for the second car, should be arranged in advance. This is a small community park with close proximity to key west, 35 minutes to Key West Downtown. Place could be a great stopping point to the Key West. The location offers easy access to all keys, as well as 35 min to Key West. There are Winn-dixie and BellOut stores in the area, as well as number of great restaurants and bars. Smoking is allowed, outside only. We love pets, but inchance additional cleaning , therefore we have pet fee in place. Please one pet only, this is a tiny house!
